Processing Time



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Estimated delivery times:


  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days



Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.



Order Tracking



Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.



International Shipping



We currently ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.



Lost or Delayed Packages



Live in the Now is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. However, if your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.



Incorrect Address



Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
